Room wreaked of a moldy musty smell coming from the AC. Screaming kids next door, one came screaming and banging on my door. Had to complain a couple of times to front desk. Room directly above me had kids banging around, slamming doors and running up and down hallway. Do not recommend this place.

A great place to stay in Casa Grande
The room was very nice and a great value! The breakfast was really good and had a variety of foods to choose from. Our room was right across from the pool. A quick dip in the pool was a pleasant relief from the 110+ temperatures. Frank the front Desk agent was very helpful and tells funny jokes!

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful! She put us in a room that was near the lobby and close to the ice machine etc. The rooms are nice size and very clean.

When I arrive 30 min after check in they assugned me abroom that was not clean then after getting another room I wasbresting on the bed and the maid used her key and just walked on in to the room. Shr did apolgize and walked back out. Then later I was told to go back to the office to sugn a paper that they had lost. The room had a funky smell as did my pilliw. Ended up buying a candle for a better smell. Pool and hot tub were decwnt and breakfast was as advertized. All those were. Small issues except the stinky room.

We woke up with a flat tire, so the hotel staff help us to get help and allow us to stay a little bit longer at the room with no extra charge while our tire was getting changed. Thank you for everything my family and I really appreciate it!

There was much difficulty checking in and had to track down the clerk to check out and he acted like we were being an inconvenience. Also the directions of where the Continental breakfast that was given at check in was very vague and we couldn’t find it. I would not stay here again
