"Front desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable-- top marks for him. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are that there were a few bugs in the bathroom-- who I rehomed outside-- the showerhead was poor (or maybe it was the water pressure) and I couldn't get the water above lukewarm one morning, and there was no shampoo in the holder. Overall, though, these are minor issues, and the stay was generally clean, comfortable, and lovely."

"Had booked a King suite, yet when Ive begun to check in I was told that King suite was no longer available.... Being it was late I had agreed to except cuz it was very late when I had arrived....rm was very misleading from website and was not pleased. About an hr goes by I had contacted the front desk and expressed my disdain and was meet with a pleasant worker as she had made the situation of great comfort and accommodate is with a double bedded queen rm what seemingly be wherein the rm that I've should've been given outright..... So what began as an almost nightmare of a experience, it was made right so greatly appreciated"
