"We stayed over Thanksgiving with extended family (ages 13 -76) and everything was perfect. Host is friendly, helpful and responds to messages quickly. No problems with checking in or out. House was clean and kitchen had all the necessary basics (even for preparing Thanksgiving)! Game room is the best - our kids (and most adults) were never bored. Location is great. We stayed for proximity to JMU and it's an easy 20ish minutes away. I highly recommend this property and won't hesitate to stay here again."

"This house is great for bigger groups. We had 8 people and it never felt crowded. There was room to spread out and room to all sit together for a meal or a game. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lowest level and a huge master bedroom and loft bedroom on the top level, 1 huge living room and another sitting room off the dining area. Loved the small touches that made things easy for us: dressers, closets, luggage racks, extra blankets, starter paper products and soaps. Bonuses: beautiful mountain neighborhood, nearby shopping, restaurants and a really cool brewery (Cave Hill Farms) and a nice treadmill in the house. The property manager was very nice and responsive...made us feel welcomed."
