Christina the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room that we initially given to us we asked to change because there was a party going on with loud music and a lot of young people going in and the room next door to us. The 2nd room smelled musky and was not cleaned as well had seemed like animal hair left on floors the couch was stained looked dirty. At 1:30 AM the person above us just arrived and mad loud noises literally stumping back and forth across the room and slamming things sounding like a bowling ball being dragged across the room. I heard his next door acceptant knock on his door asking him to keep the noise down.. Overall not what we expected .. Again the staff was excellent The rooms need more attending to …

The breakfast was enjoyable, but I was surprised by the $10 parking fee, as it wasn’t clearly disclosed during booking. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area with nice surroundings, although I did notice a musty smell, likely due to dampness, in the room.

The rooms at the end of the hallway don’t have any hot water . Have stayed there several times over the years . Normally everything is great but please fix this issue thank you

Room cleaning only every day. Breakfast options were limited. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well had to ask for Kleenex and other items. Had to pay for parking. Doubt I would stay there again.
