Quick stay
The staff were nice when checking in. The room was nice but glasses should come in the room especially when there is a kitchen. The shower did not work correctly and the towels were not that nice. Overall not bad for the price and a quick stay.
About what one would expect for the price, which was the lower one in the area. Would have been nice to have in room coffee, perhaps some shampoo too. There was an area for the typical breakfast buffet, but they choose not to offer one for some reason. Also, the room had a kitchenette, but the microwave didn't work at all. Just glad we didn't buy hot pockets or something and only needed to warm up pizza. Otherwise a okay.

Please know that despite being charged for the night stay, we could not check in at the hotel at 11:30pm because the hotel front desk was closed. I have taken pictures of the closed front desk with a board stating that the person will return soon. I waited for about half-an-hour or longer before calling the Extended Stay telephone 1 843-740-3440 on my itinerary page, but the person on phone could not locate the front desk person either. He therefore asked me to find another hotel for the night (which was very inconvenient) and asked me to reach out to the hotel again later during day time to report this situation and also to ask for REFUND.
I have already messaged the hotel through Expedia chatbox three days ago, but haven't heard anything back yet. I hope I will get the refund for my "showing up", which the hotel assumes as "no show" for whatever reasons.
Though staff said it was freshly cleaned, the room was not clean. There was a weird substance on the floor that got tracked all over the room whenever we walked. Multiple roaches in the room.
Ms. Asia at the front desk during the daytime was very helpful. But the other front desk staff were not. We got caught in traffic and called to request a late check in. We were told someone would be there to let us check in. But when we arrived, the front desk was closed and locked -- leaving me stranded with four children and nowhere to stay that night.
Ive seen some pretty rough hotel rooms in my career industry, but this has topped the list. I have stayed in an Extended stay before and had a quite pleasant experience, so I chose to again. Day shift staff were rude and unprofessional. The room was unkept, with dead roaches in the bathtub and smelled of marijuana. Upon arrival it took almost an hour and 1/2 to even get to the room because we had to wait for the manager to arrive because the night shift employee was asleep in a room.
Do NOT recommend.
My door was kicked in and looked like they tried putting lock bock on but the lock was unlockable, I was supposed to be checked in for two days but I checked out an hour after my check in… still haven’t had anyone respond to any of my messages even Expedia.
Front desk was rude and said they couldn’t find my reservation - my room was ready but they made me come back after 3 anyway - the rooms around me were loud until all hours of the night
