Not the best....
We stayed in the same chain in Denver before heading to Charleston and the two hotels couldnt have been any different. The Mt Pleasant location had stains in the carpet in the room, hallways, mud in the elevators that were there all three days. Had to wake up the front desk clerk to but a drink from the market and check out. And the smell in the room was awful, I think it was some sort of cleaner but smelled every day we were there. Wouldn't stay at this location again. Only positive was free parking.

Nice hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the dampness feel in the room. The humidity made the sheets and clothes in suitcase damp.

You might want to check the safety of the hotelsince anyone can get in any door including the back door of the parking lot. I wish you also supplied a regular size soap for the shower. Not everyone uses body wash. Also the couch was so stained I didn’t even want to sit on it at all. Otherwise the accommodations of the hotel were great.

The property was well situated for crossing the bridge to historic downtown. An excellent breakfast was provided each morning. The front desk staff was always ready to help with advice and suggestions.

Incredible value
This was a surprisingly high end hotel at.a value price. Very comfy and roomy with a nice den like entry and good desk for working. Large bathroom with nice shower and plenty of sink space. The staff were friendly and helpful giving advice for places to eat and tips for parking in town. We got it for convenience to Patriot Point but it is very convenient and centrally located. All for a price that I expected just a standard type hotel room. I will definitely be back.

Great location with lots of dining options nearby. We chose this location because we like the suite room which offers 2 queens & then a couch that’s folds out plus a little area with fridge, etc. Pros: great breakfast, great staff even though their were computer issues because of the tropical storm. Cons: Only 1 working elevator, this was a pain. 1 one washer & dryer. The dryer must be packed with lint inside somewhere… it took us 2 times to try & dry 1 load. The bathroom in our room (#513) had some blood on the wall which I thought the cleaning staff should’ve seen when cleaning because I couldn’t unsee it. There needs to be a plug under the mirror outside the bathroom so multiple ppl can get ready at one time. All in all, I will stay here again. My overall review is 8/10. I like the overall layout of the room, staff was great!! Food was good & they had a wine opener I could borrow!

This is a tired hotel...rooms are updated but they are just a dark box with 1 small window. Walls are thin and you can hear the toilets flushing next door. Pool was scary looking,not inviting at all

It was very convenient for getting to various places and the entire staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The only thing we found wrong was the stopper int\ the sink would not stay up, but the water eventually drained. (room 206)

We had been on a 5 Day Rd trip with the last two days being at this hotel and it was by far the best one we’ve had throughout the trip. The location is great. Check in super easy. Everything was clean, (which has been very hit or miss since Covid w/hotels using it as an excuse to cut back on everything except the prices). Here, that didn’t seem to be an issue in the rooms. The water pressure was the absolute best for the shower and the sink. That had been an issue in every hotel our entire trip but no issue with this place. We’ve stayed in this area plenty of times b/c it’s super convenient to Mount Pleasant to downtown and to the highways, but yet, it’s also kind of tucked away so it’s not directly under the bridges for the noise and everything. We will stay again.
