Find a cheap Hotel in Chatham

"If ever passing through "The Villages" in Florida, the Brownwood Hotel and Spa is a must stay! The rooms are amazing and all the staff are even better. Wolfgang Puck restaurant is conveniently located on the property and is a great place to eat. If that's not your style, the Brownwood town center is located within walking distance. There you'll find many different eating establishments as well as plenty of cute shops! I would highly recommend a stay at this awesome hotel!"

"Our checkin experience was wonderful! The front desk clerk was super friendly and helped me sign up for the hotel’s rewards program. Upon entering the room, pull out bed was left partially out with all the cushions on the floor. Couldn’t get the window shades to completely cover the blaring light faced right at the window. Shower faucet leaked. I could hear the room next door. Only 2 bell carts which lead to a very rude patron cussing me out for getting the only one available, which I had to track down while being used by yet another patron. Elevator does not display the floors & only 1 seemed to be working. It had a caution sign in it for the 3 days we were there. "
