Overall for the price; the property condition is as expected. However, what isn’t expected anywhere is the noise from the Gym which turns on at 8AM. We were in room 111, and when this starts at 8AM on a Sunday, it doesn’t stop. You cannot sleep in or relax, just pounding techno music. I’m not exaggerating when I say it sounds like you’re just next door.

Terrible stay
Room was dirty and in bad condition. Rubbish under the bed from previous occupants. Broken light switchs, no light bulbs in bedside lights. Dirt carperts and sofa. Asked if they did room service and reception said it was best to come down to the grill, so I went down and asked if I could order and take back to my room to which they said I had to pay a tray charge. I argued this as I was fetching it myself!!

Comfortable room for one night.
We just wanted a comfortable room to sleep in. Didn't need food, didn't need the leisure facilities or anything else. Check in and out was polite and efficient. All good.

Why the parking charge?
£5 charge for parking is a joke, park around the corner for free and don’t pay them. Hotel is on the approach to Manchester airport and so is constantly noisy. Room was ok, but not clean. Staff were nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were no other options.
