If you wish to rent a car, find the desks of six rental car companies next to the baggage claim area on the ground level of the terminal. Having a car isn't essential in Adelaide, though, as the city's extensive bus, train, and tram network (Adelaide Metro) is directly connected to ADL. Leaving the terminal, go to the bus stop on the left side of the plaza and hop on a double-decker JetBus, which will take you into the center of Adelaide. You can purchase tickets from the driver. A taxi rank is located close to the bus stop. Find a taxi concierge to assist you. Some Adelaide hotels offer airport shuttle services for their guests, and you can also arrange similar services through private shuttle companies based in the city. Call shuttle company offices at the Information and Tourism Bookings Booth on the ground floor of the terminal to arrange pick-up.
