Great stay!
The room was no frills and just what I was looking for. It was comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax while not enjoying the National Park. The staff was accommodating, allowing late check in and early (4am) check out. Only minor issue with my room is the Wifi signal was weak and erratic. I was in a room fairly far from the office (101).

We were at the casino most of the night for New Year's. It was a good place to crash. Bed was comfy and hotel was quiet.

Great stay
Ok so I have never been to Cherokee. So wasn't sure what to expect. This place far exceeded any expectations, I had going in. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Room was very clean. Bed were comfy. The town is also exceptional. I will for sure be back thanks guys

Great little place to stay. Clean and for the most part quiet. Just be mindful that in a non-smoking room people still stand out side there doors and smoke which allows the heater/ac to pull the smell into your room.

So far the cleanest room I had on my trip. No stains, no holes in the wall etc, no faint smell of cold smoke in your non-smoking room and the bathroom is also super clean (even the silicon caulking is pristine). Staff so far was super friendly and the reception area itself is also very welcoming. So all in all you feel like a valued customer, unlike in most of the other Inns/Motels I have been so far. If you can get a good deal, definitely worth staying here.

Stay with kids was great
This hotel was so cozy and cute. We loved our stay and hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Don't know if this is an all the time thing but they gave the kids goodie bags with crayons, color pages, sunglasses, and a backpack. We plan to stay here again!
