Room was super cute and clean, bed very comfy. Check in staff weren’t overly friendly or welcoming but also not rude. The area around the hotel is adorable and everything is walkable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was great. The Plank was a great place to eat and get together with family to visit. The bartender was very personable and she even joined in our conversations.

This hotel had the perfect location for our weekend getaway to Naperville. We ended up not being able to rent a car (due to the crowd rise problem) and it worked out perfectly because we didn't need it once we arrived to the hotel. Everything was walkable, shopping, dining, it has it all. We even enjoyed the riverwalk for our morning run. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

I love the ovation everything in walking distance. My husband and I both agreed everything was very clean. The only thing the bed was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy worn and some type of mattress pad. We were going to leave around 2 in the morning but ended up staying. We are in our forties decent shape but my hands and legs were going numb from laying in the unsupportive bed.

Great location in Naperville. They have a nice restaurant and bar on the same level with check-in. Lots of dining and drinking options nearby. Plus, it’s right on the Riverwalk.
