"our air conditioning stopped working overnight on our second to last night, and as soon as we raised this concern to the front desk staff, they were attentive and proactive in fixing it right away. They spent the day fixing it and when it was deemed unrepairable they moved us to another (upgraded!) room for our last night. Thank you so much for our lovely stay."

"Basic, reasonably priced accommodation that was exceptionally clean, friendly, safe & perfectly located. The hotel is small & old but everything is well maintained. A short walk to beach & stores plus air conditioning & wifi worked very well. I had several excellent reasonably priced breakfasts by the pool which is maintained well with no pronounced chlorine smell. I am 75 & travelled alone but felt completely safe there. Many neighbours were returnees from previous years so that says something. The only suggestion I would have is that they install grab bars & comfort height toilets as there seemed like a lot of guests were my age."

"Great holiday location in Rockley. Everything you need in walking distance. The hotel corridors / landing could do with a good clean - they are also very dark when walking down them. Only real downside. The staff were amazing. Every I asked / requested was supplied. Great pool. Plenty of room around it. There is also a smaller adults pool too which is a nice touch. There is a restaurant at the resort which caters for all diets. Due to the convenience of a mini mart and fast food outlets the need for more restaurants (in my opinion) are not needed. There is a beach bar and an inside bar which are both pleasant areas to sit. If you are looking for a very good location to stay in Barbados then ACCRA BEACH hotel and SPA is well worth the visit and right on the beach. "
