"The staff were amazing. Gregory fixed my problems and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. The woman at the front desk, w/glasses, is just the kindess person i have met in a long time. Janelle in the elevator, put a smile on my face. The person who cleaned my room daily, thank you. My bartenders, you guus are the best. Tyrell, i got u when i get back. "Great hospitality! Staff and management is amazing. We had few issues which was fixed promptly and given something for the troubles. Amazing views of the water (only resort where the deck is in the water) and amazing location. "

"We loved our stay at Sugar Bay. The staff are wonderful and the location is beautiful. The food is some of the best quality we’ve had at an all inclusive. There is a slightly more limited choice for food compared to some of the bigger hotels, but it is varied enough (with themes some nights to break it up) to ensure you don’t get fed up. There is a great beach side bar, with a great choice of cocktails and a beer/wine/brut when you want something less sweet. The cocktails are good quality, but understandably not quite city cocktail bar standard. However, certainly good quality for an all inclusive, and always served quick. The bar staff were fantastic too. The staff around the hotel, especially Kimberly and Shamara who were seen cleaning around the ground floor, always greeted you with a smile and conversation. The rooms were nice, but without many frills, and some slight cosmetic damages - but with the beach as beautiful as it was you didn’t want to spend any time in there anyway! "

"We enjoyed the beach experience; pool experience and the pool bar. Compared with many hotels, especially on the West Coast, the beach area is large with plenty of beds. The sea can be a little rough but is still quite safe for bathing."

"South Point Hotel in Barbados is a hidden gem on the south coast with excellent service and delicious food. We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.The beds were soooo comfortable! It is highly likely that we will be visiting again before the year is out!"
