At about 10 PM the people in the next room we’re having a terrible fight slamming doors throwing things against the wall screaming for ever so I called the front desk and let them know that I was calling them or else I might need to call the police, fearing somebody was being harmed. The manager came up and left with the female but then after we got to sleep at 12:30 AM, it all started over again. My family and I hardly slept all night and were concerned for our safety. We didn’t get any sleep. Will never stay in this hotel again.

I know this is probably typical for a higher end hotel but paying for parking and holding money from my account since last week when everything has cleared otherwise, not cool. The outside hot tub jets weren’t always in working order, and there was a shortage of towels when needed. Also I expected to have the beach right there and there was a walk to get to it. But on a positive note loved the jacuzzi in the room and the king bed and pillows, fabulous. My children appreciated the fitness center. But on our next trip I’ll be checking out another place to stay, that includes breakfast and has no parking fee.
