At check in, Christy was great, knowledgeable, patient, professional, caring, she made me feel at home, she made sure my room was ready for me. The property itself could use an uplift but its acceptable. Clean bed, room, towels. The location is excellent.

The key machine didn't work and the property is under construction. It was very inconvenient because every time you left your room you had to go to the front office to get an already overwhelmed staff member to help you get back in. The owner needs to do something about the condition of the place. I've been staying there for years and this will be my last time. Staff was excellent! Pay them more.

Registration was about the only positive part of this stay. I evacuated to Cocoa Beach from the west coast due to Hurricane Milton. I was disappointed in the room on arrival. It was dusty and I found hairs on the sink. I thought there would be a small fridge. One of my biggest complaints is the lack of communication from the motel staff to the guests. A tornado warning was issued to the area & in fact, made landfall across the motel property. No attempt was made to make guests aware of the imminent danger nor checks on welfare of guests. The motel lost power due to high winds. There was never any communication about estimated length of time we’d be without electricity-a/c, tv, etc. I was not offered any clean towels or any servicing of room during my 3 night stay. Upon checking out I asked the clerk if guests who endured several days without power, etc would be offered a discount or credit. I was told he didn’t know & suggested I call when the manager would be there. Overall a very unsatisfying and disappointing stay.

Went there to escape a hurricane that was suppose to hit Clearwater FL and instead a tornado hit right next to the motel and motel had no power for almost my entire stay. I hope corporate or the local motel will reimburse my credit card. The carpets in unit were wet and damp and the walls as well. We had a very miserable time.

Waited 30 minutes The to check in with a coughing, sick clerk. The deadbolt was broken. The fire alarm disabled. Had to drag suitcases upstairs. They were overbooked and someone had kicked in a door the night before. Staff had to physically check if rooms were clean. One pillow per full bed smelled like sweat. Blackish mold all around wall/tub. Next time spend the extra $100 and feel safe.

The bathroom door would not close shut, the floor was dirty with sand as well as the towels were dirty. We got there about 6 and took about 30 mins to check in due to the rooms not being clean and the paint on our door was still wet. There is no communication between staff, my son and I went down to the Beach and left my 22 yr old daughter in the room with my grandson, mind you it is late and some bang on the door and then open it with a key the guys did not speak English my daughter think they were trying to deliver towels which by the way they left none.

The hotel only has one person on staff when we arrived as Hurricane evacuees. She was very frazzled at the influx of guests arriving at one time. We were locked out of our room at one point for over 3 hours while our dogs were locked in. When they finally got us unlocked (no maintenance o.ln site. A manager had to come in here pjs to let us in) we were told not to lock the door if we’re left or to leave someone in the room the entire time. She could not come back to let us in and it would be morning before she had someone in maintenance. I don’t find this acceptable. We were basically held hostage in our room until she could get someone there up in the morning the next day. She was gracious enough to allow us a later check out since we had not been able to go find breakfast yet. There was also no coffee in the lobby and they told every one who checked in coffee was available 6-10 every morning. Is a little thing, but, hey, it’s coffee.

its really sad because the staff was absolutely great, management needs to take care of the facility more, its absolutely run down, i actually have stayed in 2 different motel 6 and the cleaniness/property was decent so i thought this time would be the same, first i got a different room but when i arrived the door was opened and the room was dirty beds not made, so i go back to the office and staff was very apologetic and gave me a different room, this room but it this way i wrapped the pillows with our beach towels, this room was so bad, mold all in the bathroom blood on one bed and cigarettes burns on the other we slepted together on a queen bed, we did not even shower, sanized every inch we used and gotnthe hell out if there, i have pictures but tje appt is not letting me upload not sure why
