Peaceful area with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The breakfast was a great spread from fruits, cereals, juices, baked goods and pastries and a wide selection of coffees i.e. cappuccino. It was delicious.

The property is much more dated than the pictures provide. Unfortunately our bathroom was digesting with mold. We asked for it to be clean and was told the water worked just fine so they did not see a problem with it. I provided them with pictures of my complaint. Ultimately we decided to stay somewhere else, so we asked for our money back for the night we did not stay and they would not.

Don’t arrive early as they won’t have their doors open to check you in until 3:30pm. We did not know and arrived at 2pm. We banged on the doors and others at the cafe beside the hotel just watched us without telling us why it is closed even though they knew why and were hotel guests. People were rude in this village. Once someone got annoyed of us constantly banging, a woman came from the cafe next door and said she doesn’t open the doors for an hour but gave us a key anyways. We had gone to that same cafe to ask why it was closed and they said they didn’t know despite their worker being hotel reception. It was all so childish in their end. The location was lovely but we were mistreated. They were definitely racist towards us

Clean, quiet and comfortable! A very nice property with a wonderful breakfast. Stayed here 1 night during my hike on the Via Francigena. Helpful, friendly staff.

Amazing location! Located at the top of a hill in a town that was built in 1000-1400’s. The views and ambiance walking around the streets was a fabulous surprise. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so many selections to choose from pastries, meats, fruits, cereal including a fresh cappuccino. A restful sleep and amazing start to the day - thank you!

We loved this hotel! The staff is incredible, and our room had a beautiful view. This hotel is wonderfully located for anyone who has rented a car and wants to explore Tuscany. We will be back!

Beeautiful hotel in a beautiful historic centre.
This town is must to see while in Italy. It is very special and away from tourists hoards. There are couple of restaurant with very good atmosphere and food.

Village sublime mais hôtel vieillissant….
Idéalement situé dans un charmant village, cet hôtel ne ravira que peu de mondetant il est mal insonorisé et vétuste… heureusement l’accueil est plutôt agréable tout comme le petit déjeuner!! Ne quittez pas votre chambre trop tard sinon celle ci ne sera pas faite!! Réflexion faite à l’accueil il n’a pas été proposé la moindre compensation ni repas offert!!!! Si l’on a besoin de rien c’est l’endroit parfait, à tel point que les responsables n’étaient pas là à notre départ tant ils étaient peu fiers!!! Douche avec une porte qui ne ferme pas, ça macaire de partout, eau chaude eau froide en permanence, pression aléatoire, un enfer… Nous aurions apprécié une compensation bien légitime
