The property is run down and the room was dirty and smelled. After walking into the room and seeing how dirty it was and the smell, we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room. We ended up leaving and stayed at a different hotel.

This place is listed as a non-smoking property, but it smelled of old cigarettes and mold.

Our room looked right into a Gas Station. Our toilet needed plunging. I would have done that except that a plunger was not in the room. The parking seemed small. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Property was run down, felt unsafe (homeless outside the door)room horrendous:unclean,broken fridge, broken door to bathroom, rusty fixtures,carpet gross. Sink cracked, paint peeling in the room. Not wheelchair accessible entrance in back. No elevators -noisy on ground level

I did not stay I was giving a room that had not been cleaned, towels on floor of bathroom-unmade bed-trash all over room. I was left waiting while desk clerk had a long personal call and after getting key card was told to use side doors that were broken. When I got to my room it had not been cleaned and I went back to office I was told to reach Expedia for refund. I have tried to reach Expedia all day to receive a refund but have been unable get through to them.
