Very unsatisfied. First there was a $50 fee that was never mentioned until we checked in. Then when we got to the room the TV didn't work. Come to find out it was completely unplugged both from the TV and the wall socket. The cord was behind the cabinet. Then the remote did not have any batteries in it. The bedspread had burn marks on it. The toilet plugged up. The "free " breakfast was a joke. We definitely will not be staying here again or recommending it to friends.

Worst experience ever. Starting with the smell when walking in. Then looking at the floor not being vacuumed and stains all over the bedding. I could list soo many things about how horrible this stay was. We only stayed for 2 hours and had to leave.

The hotel was adequate. We were looking for place to stay while traveling thru snow in Columbia MO after a Mizzou game. Hwy 70 was a mess. So we grabbed this hotel to weather the storm. It was basic, clean enough, and comfortable enough. Very basic and it met our needs.

It was an ok week stay. The microwave turntable didn't work. The shower head was disgusting. The toilet seat was made for a child, not a man or adult. And the towels had stains that bleach didn't work on!

I'd stayed in the same room earlier in the year for an extended golf outing. It's one of very few locations that allow smoking. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Quiet room, clean, many dining options nearby. Three inches of snow not cleared from front walk until afternoon. Almost fell in floor when wheel came off desk chair. Front desk said would replace but not done from early afternoon through next morning. Breakfast was running out of everything first day. Staff would not fill coffee pot.

Myself and my husband are handicapped and we’re treated horribly by staff, I’m vision impaired I have a service dog and was charged 100 pet fee for 10 lbs chi , sinks did not drain, property ran down and loud men in lobby. We rented a suite the room was clean but the smell of food was very unpleasant and burnt your eyes. Beds were covered in plastic bags and broken down. Would not stay again. We owned a beautiful hotel in Monroe City till 2021 we would never have treated elderly guests like this. I’m definitely ashamed.

Do NOT book at this property. I never rate rooms but I had to for the sake of others! Our room was disgusting. The pictures they have online looked completely different compared to in person. We had no blankets on the beds. The beds were gross and so old. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The bathroom was so gross we didn’t even use the shower. Just save your money or spend more and go elsewhere!!
