The hotel was overall nice in appearance, and clean. Both front desk and breakfast check in associated, were both friendly and efficient. The room was nice, had all amenities you’d look for in a hotel room. On the other hand, the bed wasn’t very comfortable

The Spanish speaking clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly . When i went to check out, there was nobody at the Front desk . After waiting over 10 minutes, I left. There are some major concerns with this property ! I would mot stay here again

I been going to this hotel at this location for many years. Unfortunately this time on the second night, the room next door was making loud noise. The front desk took care of it within the hour. Besides that everything was great.

Room was clean, quiet ,and comfortable, but had to pay an up charge to get a room away from the freeway. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was polite , responded immediately to an electric problem in our room. Would stay here again.

DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

The room was just fine for the price I was expecting anything extravagant. We checked out, I made sure everything was clean and that was it. Then I received a deduction on my bank account for $498 dollars EXTRA!!! I call them and the woman states that one of the bed sheets has a stain and that’s how much they cost!!!! I didn’t receive a call, an email NOTHING!!!! I had to put in a dispute with my bank and I’ll give an update. These people are a joke. I killed 4 spiders and the breakfast was HORRIBLE…. I wasn’t going to say that but they deserve to be told on!!!

It had spiders and ants all over the room I would never stay there again. I think i should get my money back.. I travel from far away to come to the hotel.. They gave us a room outside .. the bathtub was dirty
