The location on the river is great but there is a mold problem. Every day we got back to the room, it smelled musty despite the AC being left on. One person in our group had itchy eyes and sinus issues as soon as they walked in. Another person broke out in hives and a third had headaches. The staff are great and the view of the river is nice but anyone with respiratory issues should be careful.

Great Hotel, staff * views of the river!
Our room was ready when we arrived. Checking in & out was a breeze. The rooma wetr were clean, the veiw of the river wsd amazing. The staff in the lobby recommended several places to eat.

Staff is very friendly. Most of the time someone wasnt at the desk but once I walked up they would walk right out. They were all very kind. Space is clean. Lots of parking options.

Other than the pool being closed that evening for maintenance it was lovely! Very nice people and very clean and modern hotel. Loved the big rooms! Super nice.

Great location
Great location on the river, walkable to restaurants, shopping and university facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful with finding a great spot for dinner. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the location. The staff was fine. However... I called a few days ahead of time requesting a ground floor room. This was not honored. I am a disabled veteran. I had several heavy totes of items to take to the county fair. They put me on the 3rd floor. While I was staying there the elevator failed for 2 days causing me to have to move heavy totes by the stairs. I managed but it was a huge painful hassle. They also tack on a refundable xxx per night damage charge. These issues will make me consider other hotels in the future.
