Excellent staff, outstanding front desk, clean and quiet room, very good breakfast. The only big bad was very cold swimming pool. This happened first time out of many times we were there before.

The property was nice to explore, food was delicious. Friendly staff; they do have golf carts on property which can be rented and swan boats, which is free . They also had many other actives that included prizes throughout the day. Only miscommunication/upsetting part was my goodie package was not given to me at the front desk nor was it already in the room. I did have to call the front desk after already settling in; Staff did apologize as they did not receive notice of purchase. Overall was a good stay; on the pricey side but a nice 'getaway.'

Not sure if will be staying again
Very clean property and room upon arrival. However, turn down service daily did not arrive for fresh sheets and towels even with door placard on notifying of need. Pool in room was not heated even though it was supposed to be, firplace in room did not have screen attached either. Rest of experience was great however.

We loved the diane room, it was specious, beautiful, the pool was amazing with a fire place, the jacuzzi was big and it felt amazing. We had lots of fun here. The trail was really pretty.

Sauna space vandalized, indoor pool carpet surroundings stained and wornout. Wallpapers around bed area and wall unglued and coming out. Cigarrette burns on bed headboard. TV inoperable. Air-conditioning in need of maintenance. Place needs reform. 3 star grading misleading. Everyone is very courteous and polite.

The staff was so nice especially Ms Donna! The food was amazing we did the champagne tower suite we loved it my husband didn’t want to leave the room lol we had everything we need. Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, fire place, round bed and we loved all the mirrors everywhere. It was our first time here and we can not wait to come back and enjoy the same suite!

first room they gave it to us was very smelly when we complained they charge us for upgrade and when we retuned to new room there was no water whole night we were keep calling front desk and answer was we cant do anything at this time ???? we spend night without water i want refund for my stay .

Had a nice time took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi that were in the room .Room was clean bed was a little uncomfortable had a divot in the middle.Staff was great very friendly food was good we enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the shows at night.Only thing that was disappointing was that there was no adult entertainment on the room tv.
