The entire staff on New Years Eve was absolutely awesome. Everything we requested was granted from the corner suite facing downtown Dallas so we could watch the fireworks to bringing us a microwave to warm up late night snacks after all the drinking we did. Everyone was so polite and courteous and we love this location and particularly this Omni! We will always return back to this one!

It’s been a few months since our last visit, and wow—what an incredible transformation! The renovations are absolutely stunning, from the bright, inviting lights to the modern and stylish updates in the bathroom and room. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded, and it shows. On top of that, the customer service remains unmatched—always attentive, friendly, and top-notch. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish!
