I'd stayed here before, years ago. These are the problems I had: - there were two tvs. One worked, but wouldn't get the channel I wanted (32) even though it was on the list. The other had a 'smart tv' menu but not a smart tv remote, and I couldn't get it to work at all. - the toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle - there was only one coffee and one tea that wasn't decaf - I couldn't get change from either the front desk or the restaurant, so couldn't leave a tip

Ethan Allen Came through!
There were some problems because of the way hotels.com’s booking software works. But the Ethan Allen was wonderfully accomodating. I’ve been going there regularly for years. When my family comes to town we always recommend Ethan Allen as a first choice.

Property is a little outdated. The rugs could stand to be replaced because of stains and fading etc. price was good. The room was serviceable for our needs. We stay there when we visit our son at WCSU West campus.

Convenient location. Some wings definitely need upgrading....very smelly with mold, mildew etc. we moved rooms and the more updated room was much better. Loved the separate seating area and two TV's. lovely front desk staff. Grumpy bar waiter. Thanks for the late check out.

Nice room. The room was very quiet, which surprised me because it’s located near a highway and a busy area. Staff at front desk was very nice. I’ll def be staying here again on my next trip.

Nice upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly and professional, and breakfast was on site for a fee. Plenty of parking with no noise which we really liked. We will definitely stay again!
