I like the size and comfort of the rooms and balcony. I do not like the additional $29 a day fees as well as $30 a day for valet service. Would be nice if they had microwaves available near ice machines.

I have visited this hotel 6 times since 2007. I keep coming back because of nostalgia but it really has not been the same since my first couple of visits. I really miss the vibrant colors and personality that it use to have in the rooms, entry way, and poolside. I can still remember those beautiful red and white striped cabana curtains. This use to be my favorite hotel to visit and that’s saying a lot as I travel internationally twice a year. Sadly, I don’t think that I will be returning as it is just not the same. Farewell.

Front desk was extremely friendly especially Michelle she was great. I had issues with my bathroom it was clogged Matenaince came to fix it but yet it still wasnt fixed . The water was shut off due to the city for suppose to be 1 hour but ended up being almost 3 . So plans got delayed from that and we couldn’t sleep in our beds because we came back from the beach/pool after a long morning. When the water did come back on it was yellow and grey and was warm maintenance came back and said it’s like that until the pipes run throughly. Well it never did . Also I don’t know if it’s Pollen season but bees were infested everywhere near the pool and restaurant area we had to take our food inside . Will I return it’s a big Maybe ,

The property and staff were great. The only thing we didnt like was the room didnt get cleaned. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday and no staff cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels. The pullout bed was not comfortable at all. They need to upgrade those. But its a very nice hotel. Food is good. Drinks are good. Pool and access to the beach is great. Staff is friendly.
