Room needed a good deep cleaning stains on all furnishings including the curtains. Corners all around room had dirt. Stovetop had not been cleaned and dried food was stuck on surface.

The room hadn't been cleaned very well and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The room had a strange smell as well. The furniture was very worn and the desk chair was ripped. There were missing dishes in the kitchen area and the microwave door lever sticks. The lights dont work correctly and some dont work at all. Breakfast wasnt very good and there is never anyone at the front desk.

The stay was average. Our room had a slight odor, but appeared clean. The bed queen bed was positioned less than a foot from the one wall / window even though there was there was 10 or more feet on the other side of the bed. it made it very difficult for my husband to get in and out of the bed, especially with the dresser that was holding the TV so close to the end of the bed (ie less than 18 inched from foot of bed). Despite all this the bed was comfortable. The sofa is not the one pictured nor was there a chair. It had clothe covering on cushion and the pillows did not feel clean. The kitchenette area very adequate with paper towels and dish soap and small microwave and small refrigerator. Carpet was worn. As other reviews have stated the breakfast was very lacking compared to other hotels this trip. There was instant oatmeal, oranges, plain, yogurt, waffles, eggs and sausage, 1 type of bagel, 1 type of bread, and 1 type of muffin. They have taken the minimalist approach to breakfast buffet. Staff was nice when available. There was grassy area for my dog to walk during heat of the day.

Stay away. Threadbare, shabby, keys will need to re rekeyed each time you leave. Absolutely a dismal and discouraging experience. Will never again stay at this property. The term low rent immediately comes to mind. Stay away. I stayed here 3 weeks. Cheapest is not always best. What phrase comes to mind? They tried?

For the most part the room was clean till we went to take a shower after we had got there and there was poop crusted on the shower curtains. The bed was okay but the air conditioner was not working properly so it was very warm.
