My only complaint is that I’m pretty sure I reserved a room with a tub, but that isn’t what I got. I also upgraded to a free breakfast but wasn’t told how to obtain it.

Amazing hotel. Everyone I encountered was professional and caring. Our room was crazy huge although all are not. We were granted a welcomed surprise upgrade!!! The hotel restaurant is second yo none!!! High end hotel with mid-west friendly staff makes a perfect combination. I love high end. I don't love stuffy.
