"Check in was smooth. Staff everywhere were so helpful and friendly. Common areas were very clean. Our room was very clean, spacious with nice view of the falls. Brunch was good with lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing view of the falls! Can see the Fireworks every night if you have a falls view room. The breakfast wasn’t great. But everything else was excellent. "

"Check-in at desk,the clerk was very helpful, as we arrived a little early our room was not ready. The clerk comped with an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Room and facilities were clean and tidy. Only downside to staying in a hotel At Niagara Falls is parking fees. We had a great stay."

"This is a fabulous property to stay at if you’re attending a concert at OLG Fallsview (especially during the winter!). It was so easy and convenient with access to dining options, cocktails, convenience stores and coffee as well as the concert venue all without stepping outside in the bitter cold. Front desk staff and security staff at the concert were welcoming, friendly and helpful."
