The towels wasn’t clean enough the staff brought for as new and open them in front off us but we had to choose even from that unopened package clean ones .It looks like they don’t wash them properly that’s way I don’t think I will ever go back in this hotel cleanness is the most important think for us

It was so busy at water park on Dec 24 and the breakfast was so crowded we had to stand up on the line for breakfast this was my first time I had this experience at this hotel I been there before it was nice but my this visit is not that great hopefully it get better on future

Oh well our first night when we arrived we ask the desk attendant if they have hot water to make soup but the attendant told me to get hot water from the washroom tub thats so unhealthy and disgusting…i think you should put some kettle on the breakfast place for overnight…and please tell your desk attendant to be more nice and pleasant.

You book this hotel to be close to the action at Niagara Falls. Everything is at walking distance. Kinda old, carpets everywhere even in the hallway. Rooms are okay. Not very well isolated since you can hear your neighbours noise. Breakfast brunch was good. Staff is friendly.

Got a room with a jetted tub. There was no way the tub was ever going to be used. The hotel itself was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very busy with a long line but it was a good selection. One employee on breakfast duty was miserable. There was a little area for coffee, seperate from the food line. I went over and got 2 coffees and 1 other girl was there getting her coffee. The place was packed with every table being occupied at this time. I went over and got 2 coffees and was putting cream in them when this ill tempered woman comes over and mutters something. I didnt catch it and looked at her and said pardon? She looked right in my face and said, you should take those coffees back to your table and do that. There was nobody at the coffee station and like i told her, i dont have a table to do this at. She was just hating her life, idk. Just be aware......shes around lol

The view seemed compatible online but was not what we expected. The water was leaking in the bathroom sink, non working electricity for the light, wall was peeling, stain on the carpet, TV’s are about 20 years old with only 10 channel (maybe). Not what we were expecting for our family.

All the staff at this hotel are amazing. Super helpful. They had the crib for our baby already set up and brought a fridge up right away for me to put milk in. The pool was warm and the sauna was nice!! The cleaning staff were so sweet and even left us a bag outside our room with a bunch of stuff in it when we had our do not disturb on when our little one was napping. The man working the front desk made check in so easy. The location doesn’t get any better! 2 min walk to the waterpark. 5 min walk to everything at Clifton hill. We will definitely be back soon. Also the jacuzzi in our room didn’t run out of hot water! :) Breakfast was great sausage & egg patties, toast/bagels with lots of spread options, cereals etc.

I have been coming here for years with family .. The hotel could use some TLC but overall, it is always a pleasant visit. Free parking a bonus, convenient walk to Clifton Hill... They have a pool and Sauna ... Overall, for a three star hotel, it's decent .

We stayed in room 211, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The furniture was old and worn, with noticeable rips, and it seemed that the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job. We found various pieces of trash behind the furniture, which was particularly unpleasant since we had to move the dresser to plug in the TV. This prompted me to check under more furniture and cushions, revealing even more issues. The carpets were torn, the walls were stained, and the ceiling had numerous water stains. While breakfast was included, the options were quite limited, consisting mainly of carbs like bread, muffins, bagels, English muffins, cereal, and egg and sausage rounds—no fruit or yogurt available. On a positive note, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the building itself is in urgent need of repairs. It has great potential due to its beautiful architecture, but it could be so much better with proper maintenance.
