Having to pay for parking and then not having a spot when we returned from dinner was quite frustrating. New Year's Eve revelers were taking advantage of the parking lot because someone had tied the exit barrier up. Those of us who paid for a spot and left only to return to a full lot were very frustrated. Also, I still have not received my $100 deposit back. I'm not sure why it takes you 10 seconds to take my money but cannot return it in a timely manner.

The pool area was freezing, we paid to use the pool but could not because it was to cold to even remove a layer of clothing. Uncomfortably cold , truly dissatisfied.

Very clean, but it shows some wears and tears
The Room was clean, everything works as expected. I couldn't turn off the heater, so I called the desk and someone immediately knocked on my door to take a look, which was helpful. The heater plastic cover kept falling off the floor, I think some stuffs in the room needs up some updates, but I felt it is good overall.

Our family liked the hotel for it's convenient location, cleanliness and helpful staff. Breakfast is not included but there is breakfast for a fee. Parking has a fee too but it's ok compared to the other parking areas. Since the location very near Cliffton Hill we don't need to bring a car. All the places we wanted to go were all walkable.

The room was clean and mattress was comfortable. The only problem we had was there was a lot of cold air coming in from the window and heater, so much that the room wouldn't get warm. Front desk offered to give us a different room, but Peter from maintenance fixed the problem right away

The pool is NOT heated it was as if we took a polar plunge ! Our friend also had their baby in the pool it was so cold we all had to get out, it was dirty and water was all over the deck, due to the freezing temperatures and false advertising entering it and having to travel back up stairs passing a outdoor entrance way (this is how you enter and exit the pool are) my 2 year old, My fiancé and Myself are now Sick. Also there was either something slamming on the building or another guest banging we had to switch rooms, upon switching rooms the heater was broken ! It would rattle and make extremely constant loud noise similar to a vacume going or hair dryer. My daughter does not do well with high frequency noises she could not sleep the entire night. I then had to shut the system off at 3:00 am and we woke up frozen witch did not make us feeling unwell any better, my daughter is in developmental therapy for a diagnosis on these issues, the heating system was torture for her. And even for us. Terrible stay.
