I decided to stay here given their high ratings and it did not disappoint. The staff and service overall was great, breakfast was good and met our needs. Great job on cleanliness. Loved the welcome cookies...quite yummy! Would definitely recommend.

Adjoining rooms were great and room size was good. We had multiple issues with our keys not working in the doors but the front desk staff was helpful. Beds were not comfortable at all and hallway noise was very loud. Breakfast was lack luster, we ended up going out to breakfast instead after seeing the options. Water pressure was non existent for showers. Overall it was an OK place to stay but we probably wouldn’t go back.

Had to get 3 different sets of keys made as they would not work, until the 3rd time down to front desk and one of the staff came up to ensure they finally worked, I was then randomly charged a few hours later for $22.60 $ the oriental lady from front desk on the phone argued with me about it but I had the transaction notification on my phone. Hoping they can figure it out, but not a great experience so far.

When we checked in the front desk person was particularly loud. Personal information was repeated back so loudly that it was no longer private. When we got to the room the beds were a thin mattress that was extra hard.
