So so stay

Did not have a great stay. No hairdryer in my room and didn't have one for me to use when i asked, keycard only worked for one night during a 2 night stay, we were on the 3rd floor and one elevator wouldn't stop on the 3rd floor, so down to one. Any one of those things would've been no big deal, but all 3 together influenced our feelings about the place. On the other hand, the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very friendly and kept things stocked.

Room was dirty when we arrive, trash in bathroom, we asked for maid service as we stayed 2 nights, nothing. Had to go to counter and request clean towels. Was overcharged 104.00 and manager has not reaponded
