"Very nice place with super central location. Breakfast was good but what we value the most was the staff and service we received. We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially Jenny took special care of us."

"Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. "Great stay at this hotel. Room was excellent, restaurant was top notch with very good breakfast. Location was good with easy walk to train street, shopping, etc. Staff at this hotel is best I've encountered in a long time. Absolutely amazing service. Not just smiling faces but they genuinely care and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They have a great concierge and I highly recommend you talk to them about tours, cruises, etc while planning your trip. They are honest and sincere about helping you enjoy your holiday the best."
