First, the hotel or 3rd party vendor do not tell you about the 100.00 a night deposit for damages. Which you get back within 24 hours after check out. The furniture in the room is out dated. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade for the price they charge per night. At best, I can see 70.00 a night fur the outdated furniture.

Getting to your room can be a workout.
Room was good. Only one set of towels on arrival. only make the beds after 3 days. clientele this trip were very rowdy. PARKING IS TERRIBLE. There needs to be spaces reserved for guests staying over in a room. Too many parking spots absorbed by people just there for the casiono.

This is our 3rd. Stay to Bally using Hotels.com but it doesn’t show in my rewards. But their hotel is always clean and nice. Good job hotels.com on your pricing.

Our stay was very nice! It was my fiance & my first time staying there. Check in took about 40mins in line. Once we checked in Our room was very spacious an comfortable & clean. We will definitely be back for a weekend instead of 1 night.
