We LOVED the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and full of smiles. The best was Horace. He made breakfast our favorite time of day. He took such good care of us and really went out of his way to make our day. The only issue we had at the property was i was a little nervous. The area had a lot of homeless and i did see security driving around. The elevators were pretty dirty but the rooms were fine. We appreciated the gated parking lot. I would only stay here again for the staff.

First off, I was put in a room right by the stairs. I had to hear the door to the stairs being opened and closed for the duration of my stay (when I asked if I could change rooms, I was told that since I booked through Expedia, they couldnt accommodate me.) The front desk staff was missing from midnight to 3:45a.m. (I had a 5 a.m. flight).Coincidentally, my uber driver told me that she had to pick someone up from the property 2 hours prior to picking me up because they waited two and a half hours to check in and no one ever came to the door nor answered the phone). I called and waited for someone to check me out but no staff was around. The carpet and floors were dirty, as well as the grounds surrounding the property. The property is right by the highway so its noisy. Do yourself a favor and go up the street about 4 blocks and stay at one of the better hotels

Nice stay/Hats off to the Cook
It was a comfortable one night stay. I must say the one breakfast cook was an Awesome, Friendly, Hard working man, who went above and beyond to make evry visitor satisfied with the continental breakfast. He was an Awesome hustler in keeping the food on the Bar.

This hotel is slightly on the outskirts of downtown but still close enough to walk to everything. We were very comfortable there.

It was just for one night to make an early appointment downtown. Very nice and secure. I didn't eat but the served breakfast looked and smelled awesome. Will definitely stay again!

Most of the businesses in downtown were shuttered for good or closed for the night, which created a subdued feeling. Mellow Mushroom, however, was a great rec from the staff. The Augusta Riverwalk was also enjoyable, though the river was half stagnant and very buggy.
