"This is like a boutique hotel in that the rooms are small but well-packed. There's a club room on the ground floor with a coffee machine with a good range of options (latte, machiato, etc.) in both caf and decaf. Front end staff were friendly and helpful. You can pull up near the entrance of the hotel to unload/load luggage but parking is a couple of blocks offsite through an arrangement with Pi Alley garage. The North End with all its Italian restaurants and sites is an easy 10 minute walk away through the Government Center/Union Oyster House /Faneuil Hall area. We stayed for two nights, went off for a wedding on the South Shore for several days, and returned for our last night before airport departure. We liked the upper floor room better for the quiet."
