Our experience of the staff, property and location was overall good. However, the hotel’s practice of adding $40/day in additional charges means I won’t be using it again. It’s a shame, but this money grab cannot be encouraged. The justification given by staff included availability of WiFi, use of fitness club - both complete nonsense, free snacks in room that I didn,t ask for or want, and a free welcome drink on arrival that I didn’t ask for or want. To expect that we won’t see through this nonsense is very insulting, time to refuse to be manipulated like this.
