"We traveled to Miami for a Bowl Game. The InterContinental was really nice. Rooms were comfy. Facilities were great. Location was wonderful. We will be back! "

"We checked in after our cruise; our flight wasn't until 11 pm, so we didn't stay the night. However, it was chaos at the port and when we showed up at the hotel it was jam-packed with people leaving to board their cruise. The front desk was very busy, but the staff was very friendly, checked us in quickly (and even managed to get us an early check-in). The rooms are modern, which probably isn't for everyone, but my group liked it. We used the Pool and Hot tub and enjoyed a beverage at the pool bar. Location was great, close to everything (including the port - we ended up walking from port to hotel as the Taxi line was crazy. I'd stay there again next time I'm in Miami as it was clean, modern, decent price and close to stuff. "

From the moment we pulled up we were treated like we were the only guests while clearly they were packed with guests. Juan (Bellman) provided exceptional service & went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at The Elser hotel if I find myself in Miami again."
