The property is right next to Printers Alley. Very nice place convent walking distance to 5th and Broadway. Staff were all very helpful. Mid century modern decor. The bar / restaurant on the 4th floor was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

Our 2 night stay at the Fairlane was enjoyable. A pre-stay reservation problem was solved before we arrived easily. Upon check in Aaron was helpful and welcoming. The location is walkable to Broadway and many restaurants for breakfast and brunch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet and we slept well. Only downfall is I prefer an iron in the room to a steamer.

For a pricey hotel, service is far below standard. One example is no ice machines and room service takes hours to deliver ice, if they show up at all. Valet parking outrageously expensive too.

The property was okay besides the fact that per night parking is 30 dollars for public or 60 for valet per night. Not much of a bargain there. Besides that the inside of the hotel had a great entrance aesthetically although the door man wasn’t always present. The union bar was great, my girlfriend and I tried some of their drinks not too disappointed for their happy hour. The room was okay, there were some stains on the floor which were a bit displeasing but the comfort of the bed and room service made it bearable. The hotel isn’t far from the strip I’d say about 8 min or so. Although the staff weren’t much help in terms of places to go so I’d recommend doing a bit of research of the area prior to booking. The building also isn’t tall so the view. There isn’t much or one unless viewing buildings is your thing. None the less what I give a 4 star is the connivence for the strip, the helpfulness for toiletries from the staff and the comfort other wise I’d be less.
