Super friendly, clean, updated and comfortable.
The hotel is neat and tidy. The front desk was very friendly, great with communication, and very accommodating for a late check in. The location is also convenient however because it is on the main road there was noise from the traffic. Also, I was easily able to hear the tv from the room next door. I used a white noise app on my phone though so it didn’t worry me. The rooms have been updated however the bathroom was still dated and needed some maintenance attention. Regardless of that, it was super clean.

Not very impressed that we were not given the room configuration that was shown in the pictures. I was unexpectedly put in the hospital and selected this room for my family (who had to come with me) because of it's room configuration. Had we known this was not what we would receive, we would of went elsewhere

Check in was easy and staff were lovely. Room is old and in need of repairs, and is nothing like the pictures. The 2 bedroom is not 2 bedrooms - it is 1 separate bedroom with the other beds in the room that is the dining and lounge space. Great that there is crockery and cutlery but as the only sink is in the toilet/bathroom area, a bucket is supplied if you need to wash them. The noise from the room above was a constant loud thudding of footsteps. The accommodation was not as expected. Location is good.
