Jet tub room at the end of hallway in front of laundry rooms, the maids had open doors so walking in and out of my room does not convey vip access. The smell of detergent was another one, they shouldbat least have a screen or separator so the clients dont see the washing/folding process when going in and out of their "best room"

I drove 7 hours to Dublin only to find that the hot tub didn't work. I booked the hotel expecting a hot tub. This was the second hotel on this trip that had a non-functioning hot tub.If hotels.com lists a hot tub as an amenity, then I expect a hot tub to work. With my bad back, I need to relax in a hot tub after 7 hours of driving

THE BATHROOM SINK, AND TUB HAD DRAINAGE ISSUES!! THE TOILET ACTUALLY BECAME CLOGGED, AND POURED TOILET WATER EVERYWHERE!! I HAD TO THROW ALL THE TOWELS ON THE FLOOR, THE WATER RAN ALL THE WAY TO THE BATHROOM ENTRY DOOR!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Perfect staycation/date night place

This is my preferred 'date night' hotel with my spouse. Staff is always incredible, rooms very cute and spacious. We try and come here at least once a month for a staycation. Love it.
