It was christmas eve. There was one place to eat. Very crowded. We waited to be seated . They never lookedup. The hallway was dirty. Dirty sheets in the hallway for two days

We checked in on Saturday and when we came into our room we noticed we did not have a patio so I then called the front and I asked if I could have a room with a patio he automatically said no and I asked if he could at least look he said no we are booked .Also the shower in the room is extremely small I could barley turn around and they have no restaurants in casino other then the steak house that did not look good.Casino is about 30 minutes away from everything and anything! Last but not least the girl working at the front told us something that was incorrect.If you do not know you should say so. They are not worth the money we stayed there 3 days Also we had no room service for 3 days!!!! No one came to clean or do garbage or even make the bed! We had to keep replenishing our own towels.!

Only praise for this wonderful hotel!
Wasn’t sure what to expect but had a wonderful stay! Room was spacious with a balcony, a soaking tub and separate shower. They play the most gorgeous and relaxing music throughout the hotel-makes you instantly feel peaceful. All the staff are gracious, kind and compassionate. And the breakfast was true Southwestern Style and delicious! Nothing but praise for this amazing place!

The property appears to be quite new. The architecture is unique. The service and food were good and reasonably priced. I would have liked my room serviced without having to ask, but that's the usual since Covid. It's a silly complaint but I would have appreciated comfort height toilets and stronger drinks!
