The challenge was I received an email the day b4 checking in to have me check in online including scanning pic ID and CC and was told just pick up your key at the desk. When I arrived I had to do it all over and was told that online service was useless as they never pass it onto hotel. Very bad!!

Really dated, clearly put no money into property. Door to parking lot did not close and lock properly, room on ground floor windows open all the way facing dark wooded area with a flimsy lock.

Not sure how this rates as a 7.6. Hotel was rundown, room was small, possible mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Travelled with 2 dogs, stayed in 1st floor near the exit. Very convenient. Breakfast in the morning. Easy parking. Odd check in with video chat. Great stay would stay again.
