We absolutely loved our stay, but for some reason the last day we just werent able to access the pool area. We decided to just forget about it, and im sure hotep stoff wouldve been glad to help, but it was the only real hiccup from the whole trip! The room was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly.

Dirty. Staff rude at check in. It was asif we were bothering them. The pull out sofa bed had no sheets on the bed. Called front desk to have someone bring up sheets tild usit would be about an hour . This was at 1030pm. They never showed up.

Check in was slow, the shower drain didn’t drain properly so you’re standing in the dirty water as you’re showering, the hot tub in the pictures was closed and didn’t look like they have plans to reopen. You have to pay extra for parking, the breakfast you have to pay extra for was absolutely horrible. Cereal choices for kids was only cheerios, mini wheats or rice crispies, once the one single orange juice dispenser was empty it wasn’t refilled. There was no water, just orange juice. The milk for the coffee was sitting next to the coffee dispenser in a pitcher, no creamer options. Room service was not helpful waited 4 hours for sheets for the pull out sofa until they told us we had to go pick it up from the front desk. Really was a 2/5 stay, felt like we were staying at a days inn not a Hilton. You could also easily hear your neighbor rooms and the hallway from your room. Spend your money elsewhere

Long lines at check in and the greeter was unfriendly. Shower tub did not drain properly leaving you standing in an inch of water. Restaurant was out of 3 things we tried to order. Service was horrible and we sat ignored for half an hour.

The person at the desk was incredibly kind and helpful but there should have been at least two people there. Also the pool has a hot tub that doesn't work. I think I was here years ago and it didn't work then. They should fix it. When you're in a nice place like this and there are things broken, it makes you feel like you're overpaying. Also there were two elevators not working. This happens. I understand. But it's like I said earlier about the hot tub. I was talking to another guest and he said the exact same thing... You pay all this money and you expect the elevators to work. Overall though it's a great hotel and I'm glad I came. It was convenient for me. The room was clean all those surprised that it didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave. These days I thought that was pretty standard and you're better hotels.

My Stay for 3 days at HILTON NEW BRUNSWICK EAST.
It was good. Seems like the Hotel has become quite old and furniture and stuff could use help. The bedding for my King Bed was great and so were the Towels. Could use better soap. The Bar was good with friendly Bartender. The dinner was rushed so seemed like they couldn't wait to get you out the door. The Parking needs help. I couldn't find my car and I was running around, and getting late for my flight.. Need better signage.
