"Lovely, welcoming staff at hotel situated right in the heart of the Grassmarket area of Edinburgh. Facilities were excellent and so was the service. Room had everything you needed but had a few tired spots to the decor which needed tending to (did not impact stay and wasn’t worthy of complaining about). Would stay again."

"This is a great hotel for parents with children but super tight when the couch bed is pulled out but when it returns to a couch it is wonderful. Located just across from shops, pubs, restaurants and Victoria Street. Very comfortable "

"perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is tucked away in the west end, walking distance to almost everything, many restaurants to choose from and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. They do not have onsite laundry but the staff were very helpful in locating a local laundromat. They also no longer offer breakfast, but lots of good choices close by. For the price and the location, this hotel met all our needs"
