The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They are the reason we stayed in the hotel - almost left after the first night. The first room we had smelled of mold and the bathroom a little of pee. Also it had a broken heater so we froze. When I reported this to the front desk they were very very helpful and got us another room and promised a discount on the hotel bill. The whole hotel smells kind of mildewy with chemical cleaner over that. This was not great for my allergic family. The breakfast is decent though, and the staff are just great.

The Hotel Staff Was the Best Part of My Stay
A big shout out to the professional and always friendly staff at Fairfield Inn El Segundo! From the shuttle drivers, to the front desk warriors, to the breakfast and housekeeping folks, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Even when the lobby was overflowing with anxious guests, the staff stayed calm, and even provided popcorn and lemonade for us until check in time. I had a great stay. The shuttle was probably beyond capacity at check in, but still reliable. The front desk folks showed true grit under pressure from anxious visitors. The breakfast staff kept the food coming even with waves of hungry guests descending in the morning. My room was spotless too. The hotel made an extra effort to keep my informed of hotel policy, to manage expectations and produce positive results. I have another room booked here in two weeks and am looking forward to my next visit. Cheers.

This property is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and customer service was great. On my way to Hawaii I stayed there and upon return from Hawaii I stayed there. Did not wait long for pickup or drop off to and from airport.Will definitely recommend this hotel and everything I travel to LA this will be the hotel I will be staying. Very satisfied.

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise, it is clean, friendly staff, I was impressed with the large breakfast area very nice decor, , fresh coffee always available. Happy hour at the bar, that area is small but accommodating. Fresh lemon water and popcorn always available. The pool is heated, keeping in mind this time of year (October) leaves are slowly falling from the trees in the outdoor patio area. I thought they did a nice job with pretty white lights on, at the outdoor patio, at night, large gas fireplace, table and chairs available along with comfortable outdoor patio furniture. Lots of restaurants close by that are walking distance, a grocery store, I would definitely go back.
