Excellent staff, check in was great, I came down the next morning, the MOD remembered my name and room number when getting a diet coke for my wife. The hallway and elevator need a refurb.

Its was pretty good. The housekeeper opened our door and walked in our room at 9 and woke us up. Please tell them to not do this. It was very uncomfortable.

Charged my account 4 times for the night stay..cleaning staff just walk in room while me and the wife where doing our thing.they said this is normal for there that the cleaning people just walk in the rooms to see if checked out so they can clean..what a joke will never go back to this place again.

Our rooms were on a floor that had water damage The hallways smelled and so did the rooms. My son's room had a over powering smell of mold and their was mold in the closet. They did move them.to.another room. Our room their was no any hot water and the shower had more water coming out around the shower head than through it. I work in the travel industry and would never recommend Holiday Inn to anyone.
