The check in was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and neat, but the television and the phone didn’t work, went to the desk and explained the problems and immediately got us a new room with no hesitation.

Overall Great for the Price
Overall the hotel was great. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. The amenities could be better. Restaurant wasn’t that great and the “casino” only had five slot machines.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The area doesn't have a lot close by to do. The rooms were very noisy. You could hear the water running and everyone talking softly in the hallway.

There is no service component at the hotel. You have to request housekeeping everyday before 3pm (something we weren't told about at the time of booking or check-in) otherwise your room won't be done (apparently everyone leaves other than a solitary receptionist). Not a 3-star property.
