When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to help right away and so we waited for a while for someone to show up. We booked a room with one king bed and they gave us a room with two queen beds but they seemed smaller than queens. Then in the morning the cleaners were rolling their carts around being incredibly loud at 7 in the morning and they woke us up by knocking on our door at 7am. That is ridiculous to be knocking at that time and the woke us up from our well needed sleep. The restaurant breakfast was good and our server was really nice so that was great but overall it was not the best experience.

Ac system was not working, was told it had to do with hot water system but was constantly blowing hot air into room and wouldn’t go below 79 degrees. Was given a room change when I brought up issue and second room was fine. Thanks for fixing the issue!

My stay started with having to wait 15 minutes for a clerk to show up at the desk to check-in. Second the elevator to the actual floor was broken so you had to use an elevator that stopped at a location that required you to lift the luggage cart up 2 stairs to get it to you room. The condition of the stairs suggest it has been broken for some time. Also, there was no notice provided by the desk that there was an event going on across the parking lot playing very loud music, so from about 6 to 11 pm had base thumping through my window. Generally the place is older, kind of run down and not very well kept. Definitely on my list of not greats hotel stays.

We reserved a family suite room with a king and 2 queens. When we arrived we were told that room was not availble. We were offered a room with a king or a room with 2 doubles. There are 5 of us. Finally we were offered a room with 2 kings. When we got to the room it was 2 queens not 2 kings like we were told. The security latch on the door was also broken off and missing. We asked for a non smoking room yet the room and bedding smelled of cigarettes. When we checked out we were given a paper reciept with an amount that did not match the amount shown on the Hotels.com emailed reciept. I’m hoping we are not getting double charged.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Elko Hotel at Stockmen's Casino, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel offers a delightful breakfast that sets a great tone for the day. The swimming pool is amazing, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, which offered a nice view and a bit of fresh air. The location is ideal for locals looking to enjoy downtown life safely, with all the vibrant attractions just a short walk away. It’s also a perfect spot for visitors or mining employees who are planning a semi-permanent stay, as it combines comfort with convenience. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Elko!

Nice place to stay, at a good price. The only negative is that the laminate floor made the bottoms of my feet kind of black. It did the same to my white socks. But it wasn't the only hotel where this happened to me on this trip.
