My stay started with having to wait 15 minutes for a clerk to show up at the desk to check-in. Second the elevator to the actual floor was broken so you had to use an elevator that stopped at a location that required you to lift the luggage cart up 2 stairs to get it to you room. The condition of the stairs suggest it has been broken for some time. Also, there was no notice provided by the desk that there was an event going on across the parking lot playing very loud music, so from about 6 to 11 pm had base thumping through my window. Generally the place is older, kind of run down and not very well kept. Definitely on my list of not greats hotel stays.

We reserved a family suite room with a king and 2 queens. When we arrived we were told that room was not availble. We were offered a room with a king or a room with 2 doubles. There are 5 of us. Finally we were offered a room with 2 kings. When we got to the room it was 2 queens not 2 kings like we were told. The security latch on the door was also broken off and missing. We asked for a non smoking room yet the room and bedding smelled of cigarettes. When we checked out we were given a paper reciept with an amount that did not match the amount shown on the Hotels.com emailed reciept. I’m hoping we are not getting double charged.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Elko Hotel at Stockmen's Casino, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel offers a delightful breakfast that sets a great tone for the day. The swimming pool is amazing, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, which offered a nice view and a bit of fresh air. The location is ideal for locals looking to enjoy downtown life safely, with all the vibrant attractions just a short walk away. It’s also a perfect spot for visitors or mining employees who are planning a semi-permanent stay, as it combines comfort with convenience. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Elko!

Nice Place For a Night's Stay.
Nice place to stay, at a good price. The only negative is that the laminate floor made the bottoms of my feet kind of black. It did the same to my white socks. But it wasn't the only hotel where this happened to me on this trip.

Very clean and quiet. Granted, it was a Wednesday night. Not very busy. The food was mediocre, but I didn't care because the service was exceptional! Great place to stay when traveling across the continent!

Pros: The registration clerk was friendly and efficient. The elevator was fast and never had to wait for it. Our room was quiet and roomy. Plenty of cups and coffee for the morning. The breakfast that was included was a complete breakfast and cooked to order. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything downtown. Cons: Had to move cabinet under tv to get to a plug found a tshirt, a coin and some trash there. The lobby wasn't particularly inviting standing in front of an automatic door that kept letting the frigid air in while we waited in line.

Dont get room 114 or 115!
If you dont want a view of the wall from the window, do not stay in room 114 or 115! I had to request a different room as I didn't want a view of the brick wall. Did not get a pic of that or the view from room 110 which is actually of the pool, Pro and Cons here Cons- Lack of ports for your phone or laptop, and no desk for your laptop. Was going to join their players club but their machine was broken so couldn't Pros- Friendly staff! Decent size room, parking is ok. Overall, I dont think I would stay here again, not sure I would recommend this place, but most certainly would recommend to avoid those two rooms I mentioned

We found many items including a Maj vape in the room, along with several others items which lead me to believe either the staff had not been trained properly, that's on management. Or not follow-up on written notices of issues. Again, supervision or management. It starts at the top, and I've been in senior management almost my whole life. Please get it together or you will lose. Sorry.
