When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed that the door was already open, which was both strange and concerning. Upon entering, it became clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The three beds had visible hair, dirt (crumbs), and, most disturbingly, what appeared to be blood spots on the sheets, possibly from bed bugs.
As we inspected further, we found a significant amount of debris around the windows, including leftover, partially eaten pretzels. Additionally, there was another door in the room with a deadbolt that wasn’t properly fastened and did not function, creating a serious security concern for my family of four, as someone could potentially enter from that access point.
Structural issues were also evident, with cracks in the walls and ceiling, as well as clear signs of the main door repeatedly hitting the wall when opened. Given the poor condition of the room, we strongly believe that this hotel should not be operating in its current state.
Within 5–10 minutes, we found another hotel that met our needs and left immediately. This was an unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
