"Our stay was lovely. We loved our room on the 16th floor with water view. Everything was really lovely , except for coffee situation. There were so many flight attendants getting coffee, there was no room for regular people to be able to get a cup. When the swarms of flight attendants were off on their way, coffee station was a messy disaster and there was no more coffee left and the hotel neglected to refill it. That occurred both morning of our stay. Pan Pacific has lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing their guests with a cup of coffee in the morning as a good host would. "

"Loved our 3 night stay here It's modern and classy, has a great restaurant and bar, and the room service was very quick! Small perks like heated floors in the bathroom amd automatic shades and blinds are awesome. The spa was pricy but great service. We didnt go to the club here but wouldve like to! Weird that they close the pool at 7pm on week days even though the club isn't open. Would love to stay here again, also great gym!"
